This project/home sold 4 months prior to completion.

While the majority of the home is on the ground level extreme care was taken during the design phase to maximize the lot to allow ample room for outdoor living including pool/deck and back house. This was extremely important in the sale as the buyers contracted for these items post closing. This project/home was under contract and sold at completion.

Project Type – Remodel/Addition
Description – This property was set with beautiful old growth live oak and red oak trees. The existing structure was set well in these trees and on the property. The structure was well laid out and allowed a small addition for a master wing. The interior finishes were stripped and new modern living finishes were installed to appeal to the market and its desires. The exterior was likewise brought up to the more contemporary styling while still keeping the original forms. The result was well worth the effort, and created an easy living home that has beautiful curb appeal. This project/home was under contract and sold 2 months after completion.
